Our collections are kept in stock in Australia. Orders are generally shipped within 48 hours of the placing of your order. This does excludes Australian Public Holidays in New South Wales so please click here to find a list of these Public Holidays.

Our shipping Offer is valid for standard shipping to all countries on our great selection of Mens, Womens wear and accessories.

To check the shipping charges that apply to your order, simply start the process of creating an order, and go through to the checkout. At the checkout, you can select your destination, and shipping method and any additional costs will be calculated.

This offer does not include

  • Any custom duties, fees or taxes that may be assessed for international orders.
  • International FedEx deliveries, local courier or express post deliveries in Australia.
  • Any additional postal charges that may be required for delivery of your product(s) once the parcel arrives in your country. Any costs incurred for the final delivery will be at the expense of the customer and AVL Designs will not cover, nor will we refund any item that cannot be cleared without additional charges being paid.

Within Australia

We have partnered with Australia Post to ensure timely delivery of your goods. Australia Post will deliver your parcel within 5-7 business days. Delivery within Sydney Metro area is generally shorter with the majority of deliveries received within 5 business days.

We will send you a notification once your order has been shipped from our warehouse. If you have not received your parcel within 7 business days from shipment, give your local Post Office a call just to make sure it’s not waiting there for collection.

If the parcel is not at the Post Office, you can mail us by using the CONTACT FORM or alternatively you can call our Customer Service Team and we’ll chase it up with AusPost.

International Orders

All orders are shipped within 48 hours and usually takes around 7-21 business days to ship to most countries. In some instances there may be delays as Customs agency within the destination country may choose to withhold individual shipments as a random security/inspection measures. These delays can be between 4-6 weeks except for Belgium, Germany, Brazil, Italy and the Netherlands which can be up to 8 weeks on very rare occasions.

Unfortunately there is nothing that we can do to speed up the process of clearing customs as these are measured which are beyond our control.

We offer and express postal service within Australia. Express Post is a premium delivery service that offers guaranteed next business day delivery of your parcel within the Express Post network. The Express Post network covers over 80% of Australian business addresses, private addresses and Post Office boxes.

 For tracking purposes we will provide you with the tracking number for your Express Post parcel once your order has been shipped from our warhouse. Express Post parcels can be tracked by clicking here.

We also offer a Registered International Post service for overseas customers. This is a signature service which means that your product(s) will need to be signed by the recipient.

If you’’ve had problems receiving international post in the past we strongly recommend you choose this option at checkout to ensure that the goods are delivered to you. This service comes at an extra cost of AUD $60.00 and you can choose this option upon checkout. A tracking number will be sent to you for tracking purposes.
