Drifting in the wind and brushing through a field of flowers! Meet my latest painting Gliding poppies! This is a mixed media painting. I used water colour, acrylic, Gel pens, glitter pen. I wanted to achieve a richness of gold foiling and shimmering fairytale with translucent flowers! This painting makes me feel like I have struck gold!
It is created in Champagne silk satin and silk chiffon! Ive decided to design this dress with a feel of the years gone by! Definiely it is ideal to create this dress using silks, pearls and sequined motives.Topping it all by embellishing with crisp swarovski diamantes. Finally off course the elegant silk train with a veil finished to match . Stunning!
How fabulous it is to see movement in a dress? Especially this one, when I design this dress I always want to make it work with the body. Making sure that when it shakes it should still show the sIlhouette and lines of the dancer. I used fringing and mirror sequins to highlight this dress. The other aspect of the designs is to show the best asset like the cleavage, neck and shoulder definition and off course a little abs showing! Its cheeky and it moves with the body!
On to side to side partnering this dress is my designs in mens latin. I kept this design as slick as a gentleman partnering a gorgeous lady should be! Mens V-neck fitted top unitard is in matt black lycra and Stretch satin. The mens pants is in a pinstripe stretch gaberdine. I chose this shade of fabric so it has a gangster pinstripe look which will partner quite well with the fringe dress! Hope you like these designs!
I just love Melbourne, Great fashion, food and coffee. I have to give it to them they sure knows how to make their city look so stylish! We stay at The Artseries hotels call The Blackman. It is beautiful and very modern. The infamous icon of australian art Charles Blackman is being show case here. I have been told that there will be a following of boutique hotels showcasing other Australian artist. Charles Blackman blessed him with better health but he should be very proud of how beautiful and classy this hotel has become, honoring his legacy.
I really love the fact that as a guest you are given knowledge and history of the Artist from an in house programs. Every floor from foyer to the room you have the privilege to appreciate the talent and the quirkiness of the Artis fascination with the “Rabbit and Alice in the wonderland”! Overall I really like this hotel, the beds was comfortable and stylish decor will make a difference to a most enjoyable stay! The bonus thing is that you get a feeling like you are sleeping in a gallery and most important how amazing australian art is! Lets hope Sydney picks up on some trendy tips from Melbourne. Can you imagine a trendy modern boutique hotel with everything about Norman Lindsay and his work and influences. That would be just fantastic! We can only hope!
Australia now has her first 6 Star Hotel. Perfectly named as Wolgan Valley. With its beautiful land and majestic mountain surroundings. Every single luxury villa has its own picturesque story to tell. Wolgan Valley is beautiful and is carefully orchestrated to blend into its surroundings but yet has all the sophistications of a 6 Star hotel.
Its is absolutely exclusive, but definitely worth it.I was so overwhelmed by the amazing wildlife and Panoramic landscape. While having lunch on a beautiful day enjoying an ever changing rich palette of sandstone mountains. We ploughed through a subtle richness of a delicious rabbit pie top with crispy layers of perfect golden pastry. Also an aromatic truffle infused wild mushroom risotto with perfectly grilled sweet trussed tomatoes. It was just delicious! But whats amazing was wallabies hopping past in front of us. It was just picture perfect. Overall it was just wonderful and memorable weekend! Special thanks to the organiser and staff . We left feeling very special!
I remember seeing my mother wearing a Cheong sum ,thinking how beautiful and seductive she looked. I also remember some old posters with seductive shanghai bar girls holding their long cigarettes, wearing their tight Cheong sum looking so provocative yet so innocent . I really love the sophisticated line of a Cheong Sum – meaning long dress in Cantonese.
The beautiful fabric with embroideries of dragons and phoenix to floral finished with gold threads.I design this ballroom dress with the influence of this tradition dress line and off course I twigged it with a sexy low back. I used Jade sensual stretch Satin and Jade Sequin to gift this dress an imperial feel. This dress is detail with Pink Swarovski Crystals and embellished on the frogging to its mandarin collar.
Hope you like this design as it is one off my favorite design paying attention to details and simplicity at the same time! Just beautiful I think!
When you see RED you say HOT! This is a sexy design using beautiful red sheer chiffon with speckles of diamantes! Also with hot red fringing, sensual Velvet and all spotted with swarovski diamantes! This dress is minimal but compensates on movement and will deliver strong silhouettes. Its a very cheeky dress and yet very sensual on the dance floor!
Think seductive, Think elegance!I just love the elegant lines of a full swimsuit and a sheer coverup! I designs this in mind of the vintage swim wear and lingerie of our years gone by! Imagining that silhouette and its beautiful lines being captured on the dance floor! It is just simply stunning! I love the soft light blue to it sparkling swarovski diamantes. This is no doubt a sexy dress but with the delicate rouging to its sparkling sheer coverup! It now creates a feminine and elegant image which dazzle on the dance floor!
